REFUNDS

In case your print arrives damaged in the process of packaging or shipping.
To make the return of your purchased products as smooth as possible for you:
Send clear pictures of your purchase fully visible in addition to close-up shots of the damaged areas.
We will then stay in touch in order to proceed with the refund process.
If the purchase has been damaged due to shipping incidents, you can either get a reshipment with no additional costs or a refund.

​I started selling prints with one goal in mind, to make art increasingly accessible in daily life. To transform a private space and catch the eye in every day life. Many beautiful paintings are hung in homes without many people getting to see them. In order to meet high expectations, we use high-quality matte paper and placed particular attention to colors as top priority. Considering the importance I personally place on quality and design, each print is made to catch the eye, change a room's atmosphere, or personal enjoyment.
Prints of the finest grade have always been my gravest concern.
I conduct business according to the same values, knowing that genuine service results in sincere, happy customers.
In order to minimize the waste of resources, we have assumed a 'print on demand' practice. As every print is individually produced only after each order has been processed, arbitrary refunds are restricted. I reserve myself the right to not accept refund orders for buyer’s remorse. However, if a product sustains damage while in transit, please get in contact with me within 5 business days after the arrival of your purchase.


To ensure the painting is printed in its entirety, white borders will be included in the image. In exceptional cases, the borders may appear uneven as a result of the material's shifting during the production process.
Disclaimer: The border may vary up to 0.51cm (0.2").

I reserve the right to restrict refunds and returns pertaining to production mishaps up to 0.51cm (0.2").

ORIGINAL
ARTWORKS

In the event an original artwork sustains damage during transit, a reshipment will be inapplicable​. All of the artworks are originals and no reproductions exist. If any issue arises, please contact me and I will be in touch.

I take no responsibilities for damage acquired during transit.
